Egg Burros

Ingredients
2 large fresh eggs1 flour tortillacheese to tasteapproximately 1/4 cup black beans1 tpsp onionsalsa to taste
Directions
Lightly brown the onions unless you prefer them raw and crunchy. Add eggs and beans to mixture and scrambled. Spoon egg, bean, and onion mixture to tortilla and top with chees and salsa. If you prefer cheese more melted, add to skillet at end of cooking time and then put on tortilla.
