Ingredients
1 pack of lean beef mince or quourn for the veggi option1 onion1 clove of garlic1 red or greenpepper or both if you feel hungryhalf a pint of beef stock or veggi if preferd1 tin of tomatosa squirt of tomato purree and a squirt of tomato ketchup1 packet of pastaparmizan cheese
Directions
brown mince in a frying pan with a spray of vegetable oil and drain off all fat and excess water add the chopped onions and crushed garilic and fry until the onions are translusant then add the peppers and stock meanwhile cook the pasta as instructed on the packet
add the tomatos ,purree and ketcup to the simmering meat and veg and stir until they are are absorbed . you can add a little flour to thicken the sauce if you need to.
this recipie serves 2/3 hungry adults
