**Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbsp (remove) Oats, .25 cup (remove) **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp (remove) *Bob's Red Mill Whole Wheat Pastry Flour, 0.5 cup (remove) *Kosher Salt, .1 tsp (remove) Baking Soda, .25 tsp (remove) Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove) Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove) Buttermilk, lowfat, .5 cup (remove) Grapeseed Oil, .125 cup (remove) Water, tap, .25 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Banana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) (remove), mashed
Directions
Combine dry ingredients in one bowl, wet ingredients in a second bowl. Combine wet with dry ingredients and cook on a griddle in the usual manner.
