Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
Old fashioned Quaker Oatmeal, Whole wheat flour, Egg, Milk
Directions
Mix 3 eggs with wholewheat flour. Add dry oatmeal gradually to prevent lumps. Fold in one cup of milk. Heat skillet with a spritz of low calorie spray (like Pam) and divide mixture into 4 equal portions (approximately a half cup each. Fry gently on low heat until thoroughly cooked.
Serve with a splash of maple syrup.
