Cheesy Potato Casserole

1 bag frozen shredded potatoes/hashbrowns2 cups low fat cheddar8 oz. container of Sour Cream (16 TB)1 can Low-Fat Cream of Chicken Soup1/4 cup chopped onions
Saute onions in Pam cooking spray. In large bowl, mix cheddar, sour cream and soup together. Add the cooked onions. Mix in half the potatoes -- once the mixture is even, add the other half of the potatoes. Spray a 9x13 pan and spread mixture evenly in pan. Cook on 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
