Ingredients
1 lb Pork tenderloin - sliced thin or cubed 1 can Hatch Mild Green Chili Enchilada SauceOregano, ground, 1 tbsp Garlic, 2 clove Salt, 1 tbsps
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a crock put and cook on high for about 5 hours until tender.
