Easy Change Stir-fry

2 Chicken Breast, no skin1 stalk Broccoli (about 2.5 cups chopped)1 cup Mushrooms (chopped)1.5 cup Yellow Squash (1 small squash, chopped)2 7.25oz pre-cooked Udon Noodles5 Tbls. Classic Stir-Fry Sauce, made by House of Tsang, (add more to taste)
Place Chicken (cut into thin strips aprx. 1/2 in. thick max., length doesn't matter) into pre-heated wok
Add 1-2 tbls, of sauce; cook until chicken is barely done
Add Udon noodles and a bit more sauce (so there is some in bottom of wok); cook 2-3 minutes
Add chopped vegetables; add sauce to taste; cook 3-5 minutes (can cover to cook thick vegetables faster)
Remove from heat and serve
Make sure you stir through-out the process. It's quick so I chop everything before I start cooking. Ends up with a delicious meal.
Serving Size: 4-6 1.5 cup servings
