Worcester Burgers

Ingredients

1lb lean ground beef (85/15 is best)1/2 yellow onion3 tsp worcester saucesalt and pepper to taste (~1tsp each)
Chop onion finely, but not minced. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and incorporate well with hands (yes it's gross, but works best).
Once fully mixed separate into 4 equal parts and form into patties. I like to make mine slightly wider than the bun so they shrink to a good size.
Grill to desired doneness. (Don't smash them on the grill, you will lose all the juices!)
Serving Size: Make 4 1/4lb burgers
