Best Bran Muffins

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups of wheat flour1 cup of white all purpose Flour6 Tsp of baking powder1 Tsp of salt2/3 cup of Splenda for baking2 cups of all bran cereal2 cups of skim milk2 eggs1/5 cup of unsweetened applesauce
Directions
Soak the bran in milk until softened.
Mix all dry ingredients together & add to bran mix.
Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
Pour into muffin pans that are sprayed with Pam or use cupcake papers.

Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes

Serving Size: makes about 18-20 muffins
