2 cups frozen peas, thawedReduced Fat Cheddar Cheese, 6 oz cut into small cubesPeanuts, dry-roasted, 0.75 cup Light Mayonnaise, 3 tbsp Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 1 oz
Thaw peas and drain.
Cut cheddar into small cubes or pieces.
Mix milk, garlic powder and mayo to make a dressing. Mix in the peas, cheddar and peanuts.
You can change the amount of garlic, mayo or milk in the dressing to your liking. I think lots of garlic is tasty with this salad. Without the garlic it might be a little bland.
Serving Size: approximately 8 1/2 cup servings
