1 (3.8 ounce) Gorton's® Grilled Fillets® Garlic Butter, prepared as directed on package1 tablespoon mayo with olive oil1 teaspoon mustard1 thin slice of red onion 2 tablespoons celery, finely chopped˝ teaspoon capersFreshly ground black pepper, to taste1 cup shredded lettuce, any variety1 lemon wedge or slice (1/8 of one 2-1/8" diameter lemon) Garnish with grape tomato halves (Not included in Nutritional Info below)
1. Break cooked fish into chunk-sized pieces and add to bowl.
2. Combine all ingredient, mixing just enough so all are coated. Add a sprinkling fresh ground black pepper to taste.
3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to cool and to allow the flavors to blend.
4. Serve on lettuce with a slice of lemon.
