Whole Wheat Bread (Bread Machine)

1 egg 1 cup water plus 2 Tablespoons2 TBS Oil1 TBS Molasses2 TBS Honey2 tsp salt2 1/2 cups Whole Wheat flour1/4 cup Rice Flour1/4 cup Oatmeal1/4 cup Oat Flour1/4 cup Cornmeal1 TBS Wheat Germ4 TBS Vital Wheat Gluten2 tsp yeast
Stir together egg and water then pour into bread machine pan.Add molasses, honey, oil and salt to pan next. In a separate bowl mix together whole wheat flour, rice flour, oatmeal, oat flour, cornmeal, wheat germ, and vital wheat gluten then pour into bread machine pan atop the liquid ingredients. Gently spoon flour mix to cover all the liquid. Place 2 tsp yeast atop the flour mix so that it does not touch the liquid. Set bread machine controls. Makes 1 - 1 1/2 lb. loaf Approx 14-16 slices. I set my controls for whole wheat, light crust, 1 1/2 lb loaf.
