Tuna & Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
- Slightly Modified from Magazine3 cups Whole Wheat Elbow Macaronie (14 - 16 oz box)3/4 cup low-fat miracle whip3/4 cup fat-free sour cream3/4 teaspoon celery seed1.5 cups chopped celery1.5 cups shredded carrots1 cup chopped spinach2 cans StarKist Select Albacore in Water (drained)1/2 cup low fat cheddar cheese (or other low fat cheese)Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
1. Cook noodles in a large pot of boiling water until tender. Drain. Transfer to a large mixing bowl to cool for at least 15 min. (put in refridgerator to cool down faster)

2. combine miracle whip, sour cream, celery seed, (salt and pepper to taste) in a small bowl.

3. when noodles have cooled, add celery, carrots, spinach, edamame, and mixture from step 2. Stir well to combine.

4. Cover and refrigerate until colde, at least 2 hours. Sprinkle cheese before serving
