Ingredients
Half each of Green, yellow, red, orange pepper usually only 2 colours but you can adjust to your liking.1/4 cup of red onion sliced, 2 roma or similar vine tomatoe cut into chunks,approx 1/4 cucumber peeled and cut into chunks alsoabout 16 black or green olives or to your likingabout 2 desert spoons of nice flavoured virgin olive oil2 tsp oregano or herb of your choicecracked black pepperFeta cheese or greek salad cheese.
Directions
Chop all ingredients eccept for olives and onion into good sized chunks place in large dish. Slice onion and add to dish, Add oregano, pepper and olive oil, and toss to coat. When ready to serve add fetta cheese.
Enjoy.
