Ingredients
1 Package of Frozen Corn (approx 360g) (I use Steam-In-Bag when pressed for time-Rinse & Drain; If you can roast fresh corn it adds great flavor!1 Medium Red Bell Pepper, Fine Diced1/2 Bunch of Cilantro, Finely Chop1 Can Black Beans, Rinse & Drain1 Jalapeno, Remove Stem & Seeds,Finely Chop1 Lime, Juice Only2 Tbl Honey
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, refrigerate prior to consumption if time allows...if not enjoy!
