Ingredients
non stick cooking sprayFlounder (fish), 4 fillets ( 4 to 6 oz each) Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup cayenne Pepper, , 1 tsp *zuccini, 2 medium, slicedSweet peppers (bell), 1 cup, sliced
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Spray foil sheets with nonstick cooking spray. Place one fillet on sheet, sprinkle with cheese and cayenne pepper. Top with vegetables. Bake 20 minutes on cookie sheet.
