Yummy Slow-cooker Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
30 oz bag of frozen shredded hash brown potatoes1 C skim milk2 C liquid egg whites2 large eggs1 1/2 C lowfat cheddar cheese10 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled1 C diced sweet onion
Directions
Spray 6 qt. slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Place frozen potatoes in cooker and break up any chunks. Mix all ingredients together and pour over potatoes. Cook on low for approximately 8 hours.
