Protien bar - Peanut butter, Chocolate, Oatmeal

Ingredients
3 cups old fashioned oatmeal140 g ISO Femm protien powder, creamy vanilla sky3/4 peanut butter1 cup skim milk2 egg whites1 cup unsweetened applesauce2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt100 g Lindt 70% cocoa dark chocolate, chopped finely
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Coat a 9x13 baking pan lightly with cooking spray.

Combine oats protien and baking powder, and set aside.
Combine all wet ingredients and mix well.
Add wet ingredients to dry and mix well. It will have the consistency of a lumpy cake batter.
Pour mixture into pan.
Sprinkle chopped chocolate evenly over top of mixture. (If you prefer you can combine the chocolate with the dry ingredients earlier in the recipe instead.)

Bake at 350 for about 35 minutes, until golden brown and springy to the touch.

Cut into 16 bars while warm.

Once bars have cooled, freeze or refridgerate the bars. (Do not leave them on the counter.)
