My grilled hamburger patty

Ingredients
2 lbs extra lean ground beef2 tsp Worcestershire sauce1 large egg1/2 cup crushed multi-grain saltinesSeasonings to taste
Directions
Mix the raw beef with the sauce, egg, crackers and seasonings. Let sit, cooled, for 1/2 hour to fully moisten the crackers.
Grill on the grill just as you would any hamburger.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1/4 pound burgers before cooking
