Clean eating beef and Quinoa Mixture

Ingredients

1 cup of uncooked quinoa.5 sweet onion(chopped)1 red bell pepper(chopped)1 yellow bell pepper(chopped)4 mushrooms(chopped)1 pound of lean (96/4) ground beef2 tsp canola oil
boil 1 cup of quinoa in 2 cups of water (follow package directions)
Saute' chopped veggies in canola oil (peppers, mushrooms, onions). Cook and put in a bowl to the side.
Brown the beef. Season as you like (I used onion powder, black powder and sea salt)
Once Quinoa is cooked, mix quinoa, sauteed veggies, and beef in a big bowl. Season if needed.
Makes 5 1 and a half cup servings.
