Pork Chops Casserole

Ingredients
4 lean boneless pork chops, 3/4" thick1/4 tsp Italian seasoning1/4 tsp black pepper2 large potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4" thick1 medium raw onion, chopped3 Tbsp Brummel and Brown1 Tbsp all-purpose flour1/4 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 325ºF.

Sprinkle chops with Italian seasoning and pepper. Arrange in the center of a 13" x 9" x 2" pan sprayed with Pam.

Place one layer of potatoes around chops; sprinkle with half of the onion. Dot with 1 Tbsp Brummel and Brown; sprinkle with half the flour. Repeat layers.

Sprinkle with the green pepper.

Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 20-25 minutes longer or until the potatoes are tender and meat juices run clear.
