Crustless Pumpkin Custard

1 (15 oz) can pumpkin6 tbl egg beaters1 1/2 cups skim milk3/4 cup Splenda1/2 tsp salt2 tsp pumpkin pie spice1 tsp cinnamon
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Whisk all together in a medium bowl
3. Spray 5 small custard cups with nonstick cooking spray. Distribute batter evenly into the 5 cups
4. Place custard cups onto a baking sheet. Bake approximately 35 minutes or untill toothpick comes out clean
5. Remove from oven, cook comletely, cover and refrigerate.
