Chipotle BBQ Beef Brisket

Ingredients
3lbs. Beef Brisket, trimmed1 1/2C Sweet Onion, chopped1 can (14oz.) Diced Fire Roasted Tomatoes3 Chipotle Peppers from Adobo Sauce can1C Apple Cider Vinegar1/2C Sweet and Sour Sauce1/4C Packed Dark Brown Sugar1 tsp. Chipotle Chili Powder1 tsp. Hungarian Paprika1 tsp. Beef Bullion Granules1/2 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
Directions
In a blender combine onion, tomatoes, and chipotle peppers and puree. Mix in remaining ingredients. Place brisket in slow cooker and pour sauce over the top. Cook on Low for 8-10 hours or High 4-6 hours.
