Maura's Breakfast Fritata

Ingredients
Eggs, Broccoli, Carrots, Celery, White Onions, Zucchini, Earth Balance Spread, parmasean Cheese, Salt & Pepper.
Directions
Saute veggies in spread, add eggs (previously mixed with parm), cook on stove top for a bit then move to oven til fully cooked. Salt and pepper to taste.
