My Own Taco Soup

2 tsp canola oil2 medium onions, chopped2 medium green bell peppers, chopped2 jalapeƱos, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced1.5 lbs grass fed ground beef2 packets Taco Bell Taco Seasoning Mix1 cup frozen corn kernels1 can fire roasted diced tomatoes1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies4 cups water
1. In dutch oven, brown beef and remove from pot, set aside.
2. Add canola oil, onions, bell peppers, jalepenos, and garlic to pot, and saute until onions are translucent.
3. Add beef back to pot, along with remaining ingredients, bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes.
