Homemade Taco Salad

Ingredients
Package of Mixed Salad Greens1 lb. Extra lean ground been1package Azteca Salad ShellsKraft Free Shredded Cheddar CheeseMild Taco SauceOnion, choppedMushrooms, choppedBlack Olives, chopped
Directions
Follow directions on Package of Salad Shells. In skillet and using Oilive Oil spray coat skillet. Add chopped onions, mushrooms and black olives and saute until onions are clear. Add ground beef and brown throoughly. Add 0.25 cup Taco Sauce to mean and stir until coated. Removed from heat. Place cooked Salad Shells on 4 plates. Add meat mixture, salad, and cheese. Top with small amount of Taco Sauce. Makes 4 servings.
