Taglietelle with Garlic and Walnuts

½ c. ev olive oil2 T. butter6 cl. Garlic, minced1 c. finely chopped fresh parsley1 c. chopped toasted walnuts 1 lb. Dried tagliatelle1 c. grated parmigiano or romanosalt and pepper
Warm olive oil and butter in med sized skillet over med-low heat. Add garlic and cook slowly until golden and fragrant., about 10 min. Stir in parsley and toasted walnuts, and keep warm over low heat. Cook tagliatelle. Drain and toss with olive oil mixture. Add parmigiano, salt and pepper and toss.
