Sesame & Honey Bars

Ingredients
1 cup sesame seeds 1 cup oats1⁄2 cup honey 1⁄2 cup unsalted butter salt to taste
Directions
Preheat oven 350°F.

Grind sesame seeds and oats together in a food processor.

Melt honey and butter in a small saucepan.

Add salt and then pour mixture into the food processor. Blend and turn out into a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown. Slice into rectangular bars and leave them to cool.

Serving Size: makes 12 bars
