Garlic Mashed Potatoes

4 medium sized potatoes3 cloves of garlic2 tbsp Cream Cheese.75 cups milkSalt & Pepper
1. Peel the potatoes and cube
2. Boil the potatoes with the 3 cloves (peeled too) in the water
3. Cook until soft
4. Drain potatoes
5. Return potatoes to pot and add cream cheese and milk. Season to flavour.
6. Mash and serve!
