Directions
2 Chicken Breasts, bone and skin removedBean sprouts, 2 cupsWaterchestnuts, 1 cup slicesMushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slicesCelery, raw, 1 cup, strips Carrot, 1 cup, cut into stripsOnions, raw, 1 cup, sliced Ginger Root, 1 tsp Garlic, 2 cloves Chicken Broth, 1 cup
Cook chicken fully in a large wok with 1/2 cup chicken stock, garlic and ginger.
Once chicken in completely cooked, add remaining chicken stock and all veggies. Steam on low to medium for 8-10 minutes (so veggies are cooked the way you like them - I prefer mine a little crunchy). Add salt and pepper to taste. My husband loves this dish, I just add a little hot sauce to his plate:)
