* Thai Kitchen lite coconut milk, 14 oz (remove) * Thai Kitchen Red Curry Paste, 2 tbsp (remove) * Thai Kitchen less sodium Premium Fish Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove) * Brown Sugar, 6 tsp packed (remove) * Water, tap, .33 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) * Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup (remove)1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and cleaned
Directions
heat milk and paste til smooth, add fish sauce, sugar, water and peas. simmer 10 min. add shrimp until pink. serve over rice
