Wilma's Zuchinni Bread

Ingredients
Directions
3 eggs2 cups sugar2 cups Flour2 cups Zuchinni, grated.5 teaspoon baking powder1 cup walnuts, chopped1 cup canola oil2 teaspoons baking soda1 tablespoon cinnamin.25 teaspoon salt2 teaspoon vanilla
Mix dry ingredients together, then add the wet ones. Don't mix too much, just until well blended.
Pour into cupcake cups or greased loaf pans.
If baking cupcakes bake for 30 minutes at 350.
If pans-bake at 350 for 45 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool 10 minutes if in pans and then turn out.
