Emma's easy potato pancakes

Ingredients
Mashed Potatoes, about 400 gramsskim milk, 4.5 dl + 0.5 dl water2 fresh eggs Salt, 1 tspflour 2dl (about 3/4 cup)
Directions
mash the potatoes, it is ok if it isn't perfectly smooth. Mix all the ingredients and fry in a pan. try make them rather thin/small so they get cooked through. Serve with lingonberry jam and add some bacon to really make the taste reach the skies! :) GFood luck!
