Mushroom with Bok Choy Soup

Ingredients
5 cups water2 cups Shiitake mushrooms, dry 3 cups Bok Choy.5 tsp Black Pepper1 tsp Lite Soy Sauce1 TBS Sesame Oil
Directions
Makes 5 one cup servings

Cut Bok Choy in desired size pieces. Throw in a pot with water, shiitake mushrooms, pepper, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil. Put on simmer for 10-15 minutes or until shiitakes rehydrate. Add the sesame oil, stir and serve with noodles, rice or as is.
