Zucchini Eggs

Ingredients
Cooking spray1 small zucchini shredded,dash salt,dash garlic pepper2 eggs, lightly beaten2 teaspoons low fat parmesan cheese
Directions
Shred the zucchini and squeeze any excess moisture with a paper towel. Heat up a non-stick pan and spray with cooking spray. Add the zucchini and cook until tender. Beat two eggs in a bowl and add to the zucchini, sprinkle with salt and garlic pepper. Cook until eggs are done. Top with low fat parmesan cheese
