baked chicken/veg/stuffing casserole

Ingredients
1 cooked chicken breast shredded2 cups chicken broth4 cups dry stuffing mix1 cup mixed frozen veg (warmed in saucepan)1 potato, peeled and chopped, cooked in microwave (I like to substitute sweet potato)1/4 c. shredded cheese1/4 c. chopped onion
Directions
Mix all ingredients well and bake in casserole dish for 25 minutes.
