Portuguese Sausage and Potatoes

Ingredients
One link Portuguese Sausage LinguisaFour small or two Large new or red rose potatoes cut into 3/4 inch pieces and wedges.water
Directions
Slice linguisa into 3/4 inch circular pieces.
Add to heated frying pan fry for one minute.
Add cut potato pieces and fry with linguisa Stiring often to prevent sticking.
Add Water to almost cover potatoes and Linguisa.
Simmer until water is reduced to sauce that coats potatoes and potatoes are completely cooked. (about 15 minutes).
turn with Spatula to prevent sticking. Serve warm.
