New Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients
2 corn tortillas 2 tablespoons of roasted Garlic Hummus2 eggs 1/2 pinch of salt 1 shake of adobo
Directions
wisk the two eggs, salt and adobo and add to a preheated nonstick pan at medium heat. The eggs will cook FAST. I only had to turn them once. Remove the eggs from the pan and put onto a paper towel and set aside. Turn the heat down to low and add the tortillas. warm for one minute on each side. One at a time. Remove tortilla and add one tbsp of Hummus per piece. Place eggs on one tortilla and put the other on top.
