*Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal, 0.15 cup **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), .5 tbsp Milk, nonfat, 1 cup Walnuts, .12 cup, chopped *Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 0.05 cup *Rolled Barley - 0.05 cup
Combine all ingredients in a 4 cup boil. Put in microwave and cook as for 1 beverage. Then cook 17 minutes at the power of 2. The first few times you cook it, be close enough that you can see how your microwave works. I've made charcoal out of my oatmeal by not being attentive.
