Ingredients
4 chicken breaststhin sliced light sandwich ham1 can light cream of chicken soup1c light sour cream1/2 cup skim milk1 cup shredded monterrey jack cheesecooked brown rice
Directions
place sandwich ham on top of chicken breast and roll up - secure with toothpick. place in greased baking dish. mix soup, sour cream and milk - salt and pepper to taste. pour over chicken breasts. Bake at 375 30 minutes. Top with cheese and continue baking for about another 15 minutes. serve with sauce over brown rice.
