white fish fillet raw, 3 oz Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped Tomatoes, 0.5 cup, chopped or sliced Tomato Paste, 0.128 cup Parsley, raw 1 Tablespoon, 1 tbsp A pinch of each spice (salt, pepper, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, cardamom, red chili) 1 cup of water
- wash the fish and pat dry, rub spices on the fish
- add onions, tomato, tomato paste and parsley
- Put the fish in the fridge for an hour then pour water and back in hot oven for 40 minutes, until a thick sauce is formed.
- serve with steamed white rice.
