2 cups skim milk2 bananas1.5 T peanut butter2 scoops Kaizen decadent chocolate whey protein isolate powder
This is for use after lifting weights.
Blend all ingredients except protein powder, until smooth. Transfer to jar with lid or shaker cup, add protein powder, and shake vigorously until blended. Serve over ice or as is.
