Pumpkin Cheesecake Protein Shake¼ cup pumpkin puree1 cup skim or soy milk1 scoop vanilla (or sub chocolate) protein powder (Nature’s Basket Whey protein uses stevia; thus has no artificial sweetners i.e. Splenda or Aspartame)½ tsp pumpkin pie spice2 TBS cheesecake sugar free pudding mix POWDER (not the finished pudding)2-4 TBS Reddi Whip1.5 cups ice cubes (or substitue frozen banana)Place all seven ingredients into blender; process until slushy. Makes one serving.
