HCG zesty chicken soup

First off, while preparing your weeks meals, save the broth after boiling chicken, it will be useful in this, and many other recipes.2 cups natural chicken broth1 Tbls chicken bullion6-8 chopped cherry tomatoes, 1 medium tomato3.5 oz boiled chicken breast1.5 chopped green onions2 oz bell pepper (color of your choice)A few minced cilantro leaves Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
Take your chicken broth and tablespoon of bullion and stir til dissolved on low heat, place onions, cilantro and bell peppers in broth, bring to a boil for 5 minutes or until peppers are tender. Then add tomatoes, seasoning and chopped or shredded chicken, lower to a simmer for another 5 minutes.
If your on HCG diet then this should yield 2 servings, and you may serve how it is. If your not then this is great with cheese and avacado, add zucchini or black beans. This recipe is perfect for me the way it is, but vary it however you like as long as you keep your diet in mind :)
