Trader Joe's Southern Greens Blend

Ingredients
1 lb. Trader Joe's Southern Greens blend (mustard,turnip,collards,spinach)1 cup onions, chopped3 garlic cloves, minced1 TB olive oil
Directions
Saute onion and garlic in olive oil
Add greens. Stir as they wilt. Add enough water to keep them from sticking. (1/4 to 1/2 cup should do it.)
Season adventurously! These are pungent greens; they can stand up to pretty much whatever you throw at them. Experiment. A little tomato sauce thrown in at the end is good as well. (Not included in the nutrient count.)
