Ingredients
3 oz boneless, skinless, chicken breast1c. Apples, cubed1/3c. Craisins1/2c. Celery, diced1c. chopped tomato2tbsp raw onion, diced1/2c seedless green grapes1/2c. Almonds, slivered3tbsp Light Mayonaise4c Romaine Lettuce
Directions
Set aside lettuce.

Combine all ingrediaents in large bowl, mix together with mayoniase.

Serve over bed of lettuce.

Makes 4 servings
