Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 8 oz*Italian Sausage, pork, 8 ozRicotta Cheese, part skim milk, 15.5 ozMozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 16 ozTomato Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)Tomato Sauce, 1 cup*barilla lasagna - 1 noodle, 6 serving Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup2 tsp. vinegar2 tsp. oregano
Directions
Brown ground beef and italian sausage with onions, garlic and oregano. Add tomato soup and tomato sauce and allow to cook down (approximately 30 minutes). Cook lasagna noodles to al dente stage. In lasagna pan, layer noodles, ricotta cheese, meat mixture and mozzarella twice. Top with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
