Pan fried Rohu Fish

Ingredients
Rohu , raw 600 gm,Salt, 0.25 tspTurmeric, ground, 1 tspCanola Oil, 1.5 tbsp
Directions
Clean fish. Add salt and turmeric powder with fish.
Heat oil in a pan in medium heat, fry fish. when one side is borwn, flip the fish to other side.
when both side are done, serve it over rice.
