beef thinky cut into 1/2" 1(cm) strips patted dry1lb . 500 gramcornstarch1/4cup . 60mlolive oil1/4cup . 60mlfrozen broccoli2cups. 500mlvh general tao sauce1 bottle
1. in a medium bowl coat beef strips with the cornstarch and shake off excess.
2. in a large pan heat oil over medium-high heat, saut`e beef until golden, about 15 mins. drain excess oil from pan. add sauce and broccoli (thawed if frozen), cover and cook for 10 mins over low heat.
3.serve with noodles or rice
tip: the beef can easily be substituted for chicken.
