Chicken Nachos

Ingredients
Tortilla Chips, 10 ozChicken Breast, no skin, 3 ounces Cheddar Cheese, 1.5 cup, shredded Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
Directions
Cook and shred chicken. Chop veggies. Spread chips on cookie sheet. Top with 1/2 the cheese, chicken, veggies, the remaining cheese, and bake at 350 until cheese melts, about 15 minutes.
